Am I required to complete the training in a certain timeframe?

Nope! It is your business and you can complete the self paced training as you need. We do include the 30 day action plan to encourage you along. However you can login and tackle the training whenever it is convenient for you.

What format is the training content delivered in?

The course materials are mostly video content, with some worksheets and templates. Everything you need to get started fast.

How long do I have access?

For 12 months. We continuously update the software, tools and templates, and add new training to the Hospo Academy. You have access to all Café Warrior program benefits for 12 months.

Do you offer any refunds or guarantees?

Yes – We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, we require you complete the 3 demo venue setups, completed your agency profiles, not used any of your venue licences or used the free Facebook advertising, and to have taken action in this program and attempted the work and attended all live trainings and coachings. This means you must take action in this program. We know that if you take action and do the work, you’ll get results. If you do the work and don’t get value, then we don’t deserve your money and we’ll refund you 100% of your investment – no worries.

We do this because we’re looking for serious and committed warriors only. We take our Cafe Warrior program seriously and maintain a very high standard of positivity, encouragement, and inspired, action-oriented partnerships.

What if I don't have online skills?

No worries! Liv, Nykala and Eva hold your hand through the entire training in the Hospo Academy. If we don’t cover something in the training – we tell you where to find a YouTube video or some easily accessible resource – so you will never feel out of your depth.

If you can use Canva, Instagram or Facebook and have some basic computer skills – then with our systems and training you can easily do this!

How is this different from other online courses?

The Cafe Warrior Program is not a course. It is a business, software, systems and partner training - based on years of client work and experience. It will prepare you to use the tools, and software to provide a high value service to a huge industry that is in desperate need of help. Remember it also includes partner access to our wealth of experience, the software you need, and client licences. Everything you need to establish your own expert Agency.

What will it cost to continue at the end of my 12 months?

When you join TODAY you get everything you need for the first 12 months. When you renew in 12 months there are no additional fees, only venue license fees which will depend on the number of venues you have and your partner level. We will contact you closer to the time and check if you want to renew, upgrade, or cancel.

What type of computer do I need to have to setup promotions?

You will need a laptop or desktop computer to complete the training and use Hospo CRM. We recommend a MacBook Pro because we have them and love them. But any modern laptop will do.

Can I Charge what I want per month?

Yes. We only suggest $600/mth based on feedback we have received from partners and venues. You can charge whatever you wish.

Do I keep 100% the profits?

Yes. After you join - you keep everything you charge your client.

Do I have to be a designer?

No. There are templates for you to customize. We also provide tips, tricks and training to help you improve your design skills.

Can I do this with no Experience?

Yes. You only need a couple of basic skills to be successful. You need to be organized, ok with working online and have some very basic software skills.

Can I do this if I am just starting out?

Yes. This is a PERFECT option if you are just getting started. You get access to all the tools, and training you need to start earning immediately without the fear and cost of trial and error and learn for months before you make any money.

Do I have to know about social media?

No. We include any social media training you will need. It changes constantly, so even experts need to keep learning.

Can cafes sign up direct with Hospo CRM?

Yes. Plans start at $139 per month. Investing a couple hundred more per month and receiving a Done for You Service - is a very attractive option to cafes, bars and restaurants!

Do you have Venues looking for warriors?

Yes we do. We make these requests known to the warrior community and allow the venue to reach out directly to interested partners.

What does Hospo mean?

In New Zealand we have a habit of shortening words and ending them with an "o".

"Afternoon" becomes "Arvo"
"Registration" becomes "Rego"
"Documentary" becomes "Doco"
"Promotion" becomes "Promo"
"Hospitality" becomes "Hospo"
